Systems engineer

We are looking for Systems Engineers to add to our team. You would join a team of talented engineers to help install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and other technical infrastructure surrounding backing up data. Along with the FIT team, you'd work directly with our clients for issue resolution

network technician

We are looking for Network Technicians to undertake tasks of network development and maintenance. You will be responsible for designing the network in ways that optimize its performance, including troubleshooting system failures and identifying bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency. Along with the FIT team, you'd work directly with our clients for issue resolution.

Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to help keep our day-to-day issues organized and on track. You will be responsible for answering and documenting incoming issue phone calls, assigning resources to issue tickets, and staying on top of the day-to-day workloads of our network technicians and systems engineers. You will make sure that every ticket in our queue has an assigned owner and dedicated time scheduled for resolution. You will follow-up with Factory IT staff and clients to prevent stale issues and promote efficient service. The ideal candidate must be able to closely monitor issue tickets while balancing workloads. The ability to prioritize and adjust is imperative, as this position is the gatekeeper for all incoming issue tickets. You must feel comfortable gathering technical and contact information from clients and have a knack for identifying bottlenecks and proactively taking measures to help things run smoothly.

Operations manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to help our internal and client facing processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for understanding the "big picture" of client issues, projects, and billing to ensure that Factory IT is living up to its name. You must feel comfortable having tough conversations with clients and employees, and be able to objectively assess situations and make the best decision for everyone. You will be responsible for managing our network technicians, system engineers, and dispatcher, including overall performance review, PTO requests, adherence to company policy, and recruitment of new resources. You will manage our client facing reporting software and ensure communication with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a responsible multi-tasker with a passion for driving issues to completion and customer service.
